Take photos. The AI writes the listing.
Add up to 8 photos of the item. The app writes the name, the details and the condition from the photos. You check it, set your price, and publish.

Share one link.
Post the link on WhatsApp Status, Instagram or TikTok. Your shop has its own link too. Buyers need no app and no account.

A buyer pays. The money is held for you.
You see the order at once. The payment is real: there is no fake transfer alert, and the buyer has paid before you send anything.

Pack it and take a photo.
Pack the order, then take one photo of the parcel. The photo is your proof if there is a problem later.

Send it with your rider, or a courier.
Your rider gets a link with the address, and needs no app. Or book a courier in the app. The buyer gets a 4-digit code and gives it only at the door.

Delivered. The money goes to your bank.
The correct code marks the order as delivered. You are paid when the buyer says that all is good, or 24 hours after delivery if the buyer reports nothing.

Open the seller's link.
You see real photos, the condition, and every defect that the seller listed. The "Protected" mark means that STBRNATIVS holds your payment.

Pay in about a minute.
Your name, your phone number and your address. Pay by bank transfer, card or USSD. You see every fee before you pay.

Follow your order.
Your order page shows each step. Your money stays held. You get a 4-digit delivery code by SMS and on the page.

Give the code at the door.
Give the code to the rider only when the parcel is in your hands. The code tells us that you have it. With a courier there is no code: the courier confirms the delivery.

You have 24 hours after delivery. If something is wrong, the seller is not paid while our team checks.
The fee
Selling is free.
The buyer pays a small Buyer Protection fee on each order. It is on the screen before the buyer pays, and it comes back with a refund.

If something goes wrong
- Cancel before it leaves. The buyer gets all the money back.
- Report with photos. No parcel, a wrong item, or damage that the listing did not show.
- Our team decides. We look at the listing, the packing photo and the buyer's photos. Both sides see the reason.
